🖤 Damaged or Quality Issues

If your item arrives with a print error or a visible quality defect, we’ll either replace it or issue a refund — guaranteed.

To request a replacement or refund:

  • Email us at info@therawedit.shop

  • Include your order number

  • Attach clear photos of the issue, taken on a flat, well-lit surface

  • Ensure the tag and defect are clearly visible in the photos

This helps us process your request quickly and efficiently.


🔁 Return & Refund Policy

Due to our high production standards and the made-to-order nature of many of our items, we do not accept physical returns.

However, we know fit can be tricky — so we offer a 35% store credit on your purchase if the item doesn’t meet your expectations.

Store Credit Details:

  • Must be requested within 7 days of delivery

  • Issued at 35% of the original purchase price

  • No return required — keep or gift the item

  • Credit never expires and can be used on any future purchase
